Talem Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Provider. In this role, you’ll assist clients with personal care, household tasks, and companionship to ensure their spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Valid driver’s license or state ID
Comfortable working in a home with cats
Reliable transportation with valid insurance
Completion of a 20-hour training program or at least six months of experience in a home care setting (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and squat throughout the day
Safely assist clients in and out of vehicles, including lifting wheelchairs or walkers (up to 50 lbs)
Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with daily tasks
Comfortable with light housekeeping, walking, and driving as needed
Ability to see and hear well (with or without correction)
